My only complaint is that the erasers are of poor quality; breaking off and smudging instead of erasing. I ended up having to give my students good quality erasers to put in their pencils.

Only complaint is the delay in shipping. I paid an extra $25 (yes you read that correctly) to have them with 3 day shipping and it took over a month! I understand processing time however it should be more clearly explained and even when I got notification that they were shipped out it took longer than 3 days. I emailed the company and got an automated response but never heard back from them otherwise. That would be my biggest complaint....communication is key! It makes me question if I will shop here again.

These pencils were exactly what I was hoping for! If you have OCD you may not like them. The placement of the writing was not exactly the same on each pencil. It was also unclear about when my order would come through. However, once my product was out of production (about three weeks after purchase), I was in-the-know. I did not bother contacting customer service so that was on me.
Overall, the product was what I was hoping for and they were specific in saying that all letters woild be in caps. I knew exactly what I was getting. The 'when' just freaked me out a bit.
