Personalized Pencil Set with Student Names - 3 Pack

I got a set of pencils for various Christmas gifts and the quality is great. They are wonderful pencils: sharpen well, hold their points, no cheap pencil feels. The printing was also absolutely accurate, clear, consistent and well done. I wish I could get more. I'm very pleased.

I had to cancel this order. The shipping date kept getting pushed back, even after I upgraded to 3 day shipping. I am sure it would of been a great item, just I could not get it in time to give to my students.

I gave the product 5 stars because I love the pencil packs. I was extremely disappointed that despite ordering BEFORE the deadline that the company put out for delivery by 12/17, I did not receive my order. When I called quite upset, the person I spoke with was beyond rude and tried to scold me. This was after I told her I had received at least four emails with the order deadline. I did speak with a supervisor who tried her best to smooth things over. It didn’t solve the problem of not having Christmas gifts for three classes of children, but she did change the shipping address and refunded the shipping charge. I will order again, but will never trust their deadline again. As a teacher it is difficult to find a meaningful gift for $1/student.

The help I received from calling customer service was top notch!! The ladies who helped me were able to answer all my questions, get me in touch with who I needed to speak with, and were polite and enjoyable to speak with. Thank you. Oh, and the pencils came quickly, were packed well, and the students LOVE getting them with their names on them. We ordered one pack for each of our 900 students. What a great way to build our school spirit.
