Personalized Pencils Explained

Here at Graphite Pen & Pencil Co. we build custom pencils in our own manufacturing facility. Whatever your needs may be, we can build your custom pencils to order. Do you have special stick or imprint color requirements? PMS color matching is available. We have our own painting facility capable of painting tens of thousands of pencils per day. Do you have a particular stick, ferrule and eraser combination in mind? Not a problem, because we build custom pencils. Below are some of our most popular items.

Round: Select from over 30 colors. We have 18 standard colors to choose from. These can also be ordered in assortments of light or dark color combinations. If bright and bold colors are what you're looking for, choose from our 4 neon colors. If a shimmering metallic paint job suits your fancy, check out our 9 designer metallic colors. Also available in an assortment. All feature #2 HB graphite lead with matching ferrules and erasers.
Hexagon: The most popular for schools, they are less likely to roll off the desk during test taking. Imprinted with your schools name and slogan, these are perfect for a school store, or school supplies for students preparing for the SAT's or FCAT's. Our hexagon pencils feature #2 HB graphite lead required for computer scoring as well as matching ferrules and erasers.
Design Your Own: If you are having trouble finding exactly what you're looking for, look no further. Choose one of our stock pencil stick colors, or if you like you can choose your own PMS colors and we can paint them for you. Mix and match color combinations for ferrules and erasers to match your school colors or any colors you may need.

If you order from us, you will not be charged any surprise setup fees. All setup for text imprint is free. You can even choose one of our prepared mascots or logos to be imprinted on your pencils, for free. Customers ordering 6 gross or more will receive a proof of their imprint setup, for free. We will not send your order to production without your authorization on your imprint, so you can rest assured your imprint will be correct.
