REFUND POLICY:
Our pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not every shade. We guarantee pencils will be the color you ordered; black, yellow, orange, etcetera. However, the precise color/shade cannot be guaranteed as colors vary greatly from monitor to monitor and it is impossible to display a true color match, for this reason we cannot offer refunds for color variance. If pencil colors are critical, PMS color matching is available for an extra fee.

Please verify your imprint for punctuation and spelling errors. Orders fewer than 6 gross (864 pencils) will be printed as received. A proof will be sent by email or fax for orders over 6 gross and will require customer approval before production.

Allow 15 business days for production after we have received your confirmation for Imprinted Hexagon Pencils.

Rush Orders

Please take into account time for production and shipping. The Rush Fee moves your order to the top of the production queue but does not expedite shipping. Orders with the Rush option will still be shipped ground unless otherwise indicated. To Expedite Shipping, select your shipping preference during checkout.
