• 1,440 piece minimum per design.
• Mix and Match Color Combinations.
• Designs/styles cannot be combined for volume pricing.
  • Ferrules and erasers can be switched at 1,440 pieces.
  • Foil and pencil stick colors can be switched at 1,440 pieces.
• Can accomodate pencils with up to 3 colors of foil, full length designs.
• Colors may vary slightly from items pictured. Color samples available upon request.
• A proof will be sent to customers at no extra charge. Please note; your order will not go to production without your approval.

PMS Color Matching Is Available!

REFUND POLICY:
Our pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not every shade. We guarantee pencils will be the color you ordered; black, yellow, orange, etcetera. However, the precise color/shade cannot be guaranteed as colors vary greatly from monitor to monitor and it is impossible to display a true color match, for this reason we cannot offer refunds for color variance. If pencil colors are critical, PMS color matching is available for an extra fee.

Graphics

• $35/hour graphic artwork charge to create a custom art (or radically rework existing art) i.e. scanning a T-shirt or postcard and transforming it into screen ready art.
• Most designs only require one plate, however some designs may require 2 or 3 plates. Each color of foil per design requires an additional plate (i.e. a flag pencil with blue stars, a gold name drop, and red stripes would require 3 plates).
• Customers placing a re-order, using plates from a previous order, will not be charged for new plates. Please note in the Special Instructions field below that you are placing a re-order.
• Foil plates are the property of the customer who purchased them and cannot be used by others, including Graphite Pencil Co., to produce pencils for anyone except the purchasing customer. If a customer would like to take personal possession of their plates, they will be sent to them. The customer will only pay the shipping charges.
• If you already have your own foil plates, send them to us and we will use them to produce your pencils without the cost of purchasing new plates.

• Custom Foil re-order, use plates from previous Custom Foil Pencil order.
• One color foil plate ($50)
• Two color foil plate ($100): Optional
• Three color foil plate ($150): Optional

Rush Order, Packaging & Sharpening Options

Rush Orders

Please take into account time for production and shipping. The Rush Fee moves your order to the top of the production queue but does not expedite shipping. Orders with the Rush option will still be shipped ground unless otherwise indicated. To Expedite Shipping, select your shipping preference during checkout.
