- Can I order 100 Personalized pencils?
- No, the order minimum for personalized pencils is 4 gross (576
Pencils). One gross is 144 pencils.
- For personalized hexagon pencils, the minimum order is 5 gross.
- Other specialty personalized pencils may also require more than
5 gross.
- How long will it take to get my personalized pencils or pens?
- If your order is for 5 gross (720 Pencils) or less, please allow
7 - 10 business days for your order to be produced before it is
shipped.
- If your order is for 6 gross (876 Pencils) or more, a Customer
Service Representative will submit a proof to you for your approval
before your order goes to production. Your order will not go to
production without your imprint approval. Once approval is received,
please allow 7 - 10 business days for your order to be produced
before it is shipped.
- During our peak season, your order may take more than 7 - 10
business days to produce. If so, you will be contacted by a Customer
Service Representative.
- If your order is for Hexagon personalized pencils, please allow
15 business for production.
- Do you charge for shipping? How much?
- We ship via UPS and freight charges do apply. During the checkout
process, after completing the ship-to and bill-to information,
you will have your choice of shipping methods listed with their
respective cost.
- Due to different processing times, custom imprinted products
will be shipped separately from non imprinted items. Shipping charges
will be applied separately to each shipment.

- How can I arrange for a return?
- Returns are rare at Graphite Pen & Pencil Co. but if you
are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and
we will process your request. We will send a replacement product
or issue a refund. Returns of $200.00 or more are subject to a
15% restocking fee. Damaged shipments must be noted to freight
carrier and Graphite Pencil Co. at the time of delivery. Claims
older than 14 days will not be accepted. Contact Returns
to arrange for a return.
- Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been used or items with altered packaging. Federal regulation requires special labeling unique to each batch of product we purchase, altered packaging results in a product that is not usable.
- Refund Policy for Custom Imprinted Products:
- Our pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not
every shade. We guarantee pencils will be the color you ordered;
black, yellow, orange, etcetera. The colors displayed on your monitor
are for your reference only. Pantone® colors vary greatly from
monitor to monitor and it is impossible to display a true color
match. For this reason we cannot offer refunds for color variance.
If pencil colors are critical, Pantone®
color matching is available for an extra fee. For accurate
Pantone® Color Standards, please refer to the current edition
of the Pantone® Color Formula Guide.
- Pantone® is a registered trademark of Pantone® Inc.
- Please note that ferrule and eraser color combinations may vary
from those pictured. We are unable to process refunds because ferrule
and eraser combinations varied from the picture. If you require
a particular stick, ferrule, eraser combination please order from
our Design

- Do you accept purchase orders?
- Yes. A purchase order may be faxed to 760-873-4149 or mailed

- Is there an order minimum?
- Yes. Our order minimum is $35.00. If your order does not meet
the $35.00 minimum, your order will be assessed a $10.00 service
charge. If you agree to the service charge you may checkout, if
not please continue shopping.
- Do you make custom or custom imprinted erasers?
- No. However, we can have them made for you at our factory in
China. The minimum order is 50,000 pieces; please allow 90 days
for production and delivery.
- I am a retailer – distributor. Do you sell to wholesale customers?
- Special pricing is available to those who qualify. A Resellers
Tax ID number is required and the minimum order
level is $100 per order. All orders are shipped via UPS and
actual freight charges apply. Our Wholesale Department can

- I am ordering pencils for a school. Can we get special pricing?
- Can I have my custom imprinted pencils sharpened?
- Yes. The price for sharpening 7 gross or more (1,008+ pencils)
is $1.44 per gross ($0.01 per pencil), 6 gross or less (864 or
fewer pencils) is $2.88 per gross ($0.02 per pencil). Hexagon pencils
cannot be sharpened for orders of less than 10 gross.
- Can you send me a catalog?
- No. We are entirely web based and do not have a catalog at this
time.
- I am trying to place an International order and am having trouble.
Do you accept international orders?
- Yes. International orders pay freight as well as any customs
and/or duty fees. All sales are in US dollars. Credit card payments
are accepted for international orders under $300 (Excluding orders
shipping to Africa). Orders must be prepaid via wire transfer if
totaling over $300. You will be contacted by a customer service
representative regarding the wire transfer via email.
